Jugalbandi Academy celebrated its 4th Annual Cultural Function, titled “Anondodhara”, with elegance and creative flair at the University Institute Auditorium, College Street. The evening turned into a vibrant showcase of talent as students delivered memorable performances across music and dance.
A wide artistic spectrum unfolded on stage—Rabindra and Nazrul compositions, classical numbers, lively Bollywood pieces, and colourful folk presentations—each performance reflecting the dedication and training of the young artists.
Adding to the splendour, Academy founders Dr. Asok Ray and Mitali Pramanick delighted the audience with their own power-packed performances, one in song and the other in dance.
The event drew the presence of distinguished personalities such as Pandit Mallar Ghosh, Ms. Mallika Ghosh, and Mr. Achintya Laha, whose attendance added prestige to the cultural celebration.
A moment of pride for the academy came when HELLO KOLKATA UTKARSHA SAMMAN was formally presented to Jugalbandi Academy. The honour was bestowed by Asish Basak, Editor-Director of HELLO KOLKATA, alongside Rotary Kasba representatives Pranati Saha and Prof. Dr. Sima Singh.
From artistic brilliance to heartfelt applause, Anondodhara proved to be a joyous cultural flow—reaffirming Jugalbandi Academy’s mission of nurturing creativity and shaping the next generation of performers.
