The prestigious ‘LCSF Excellence Award 2025’ ceremony was recently held at Bhavanipur Pragyan Bhaban, celebrating outstanding contributions in the fields of literature, culture, and social service.
Renowned academician Dr. Gautam Sarkar of Manikchak College was honored with the LCSF Excellence Award 2025 by the Literary, Cultural and Social Forum (LCSF), in recognition of his remarkable contributions to education and society.

The ‘Palli Kabi Jasimuddin Award 2024’ was awarded to Dr. Arup Mitra, a distinguished scientist and spiritual saint, for his unique blend of scientific insight and spiritual service.
The event was graced by eminent writer Dr. Amalkanti Roy, who attended as the chief guest and delivered a thought-provoking address on the evolving role of literature and science in society.
Notable personalities including Devkanya Sen, Ashish Basak, and many other dignitaries from the cultural and academic spheres were also present, adding to the gravitas of the celebration.
