True Spirit of ‘Bangaliana’ upheld via ‘Saraswati Samman’ organized by Jharna Bhattacharya’s ‘Saraswati Bhandar’

On 15th December, 2025, eminent individuals of the society were honoured with the prestigious ‘Saraswati Samman’ organized by Jharna Bhattacharya’s ‘Saraswati Bhandar’ at Rabindra Sadan.

   The real achievers are those individuals who are always trying to flourish the Bengali language, adhere to ‘Bangaliana’, and above all, promote various issues of Bengali Heritage while successfully achieving success in their responsible professional sector.

      ‘Saraswati Samman 2025’ winners included Dr. Romi Ray (Pediatrician & Poet), LION Magnate Dr. Parthasarathy Chakraborty (CEO- MCKV Group of Schools and Colleges), Soma Chakraborty (MD- Goodace Hospital), Advocate Sourav Saha Chowdhury (Administrator of Rotary Club Of Kasba), Dr. Asok Ray (eminent gynaecologist) and talented singer Shuvayu Banerjee.

Although some bad words and distorted Bengali language are used nowadays, I hope that people will definitely be aware about the sweetest language of the world and also make aware our political figures about the true indomitable spirit of Bangaliana.”
