In a heartwarming gesture aimed at promoting student welfare, the Lions Club of Kolkata Panchwati has installed a state-of-the-art water cooler at Maharaja Cossimbazar Polytechnic Institute in Bagbazar. This initiative will provide much-needed access to clean drinking water for the students and faculty of the institute.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by LIONS District Governor, LION Vijay Jodani, who highlighted the importance of community service and the role of the Lions Clubs in improving quality of life. Also present were key members of the Lions Club of Kolkata Panchwati, including President LION Sanjay Agarwal, ZC LION Sumit Bansal, Secretary LION Sanjeev Sharma, Treasurer LION Devkant Mahavar, along with Lions Anil Choudhary, Ravi Lohia, Sanjay Bharuka, and Mohit Agarwal.
The installation of the water cooler is part of the Lions Club’s ongoing commitment to supporting educational institutions and promoting the well-being of students. The club has expressed its dedication to continue similar initiatives across the city.
