The two-day literary extravaganza drew an impressive gathering of authors, poets, artists, and dignitaries from across India and several countries around the world.

Since its inception in 2019, Ukiyoto Publishing has rapidly grown into a global literary force, building a vibrant community of more than 5,000 domestic and international authors. With over 5,000 titles published and more than one million books printed in paperback and hardback formats, the publishing house has established a strong distribution network across 70+ countries. Through its Global Bookstore and efficient logistics system, the organization ensures worldwide availability and delivery of its publications.

This year’s carnival was hosted at Ukiyoto House and the esteemed Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Kolkata. The event featured a dynamic mix of talk shows, literary discussions, book launches, cultural exchanges, and award felicitation ceremonies spanning multiple genres and categories. The atmosphere reflected a powerful blend of intellectual engagement and artistic celebration.

A key highlight of the February 15 program at ICCR was the presence of Mr. Pranav Gupta, Vice President of the Federation of Indian Publishers, who attended as one of the Chief Guests. His address underscored the evolving landscape of publishing and the growing role of independent platforms in promoting diverse literary voices on a global stage.

Expressing his satisfaction with the overwhelming response, Mr. Arjun Chaudhuri, Director of Ukiyoto Publishing, stated, “This was the largest turnout in the past four years.” He noted that the carnival has steadily expanded in scale and influence, becoming a sought-after platform for writers seeking meaningful networking and recognition.
