‘Cake Take – Cake Boutique & Café’ was born out of passion for baking that the proprietress, ADITI MAZUMDER, nurtured for long.
Profession-wise, Aditi is a reputed Teacher of Science. She had set up a commercial kitchen at KALIKAPUR and became a vendor of Nature’s Basket Ltd. in Kolkata for Bakery and Savoury items in Feb, 2024. To take her products directly to the customers, she has started a Baking Shop cum Café at 119 Jodhpur Gardens, within 100 metres of South City Mall. The outlet serves her entire range of bakery and savoury items, a few live food items and a large spread of beverages, esp. Coffee.
Customers will get a feeling of a cosy, neighborhood café while enjoying the theme of art that the outlet has as an additional attraction. Budding artists will be encouraged to put up a small display here.
All recipes have been conceived, bearing in mind the finest ingredients and prepared in an extremely hygienic kitchen. The Barista is likely to create an experience that makes having coffee or tea at the café worth it.
On 26th Jan. eve, a host of dignitaries and well-wishers of Aditi, her husband Ratul and daughter Bipasha joined in the formal launch of CAKE TAKE- a Cake Boutique and Café.
