Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme on Export at Sonamukhi, Bankura

 

Branch MSME-DFO, Durgapur, Ministry of MSME, Government of India had organised One Day Entrepreneurship Awareness programme on Export in association with Buearu of Indian Standards, Jamshedpur supported by National Chamber of Cottage and Small Industries on 19th February 2025.

It was held at Seminar hall, Sonamukhi Block Development Office, Sonamukhi, District -Bankura.

The program aimed to impart skills on entrepreneurship Marketing among self help group, prospective entrepreneurs of women from SC, ST, Minorities, OBC of Bankura district of West Bengal, so that they can become successful entrepreneurs and also prospective entrepreneurs can start their own business in the domestic market and also international market as exporter.       During the program renowned faculties from Kolkata and Government Officers from State and Central Government departments have been taught through practical & theoretical by power point presentations and practical demonstrations, workshop, online marketing, procurement and marketing scheme of State and Central Government by eminent faculty.

The program was inaugurated by Shri Dilip Chattar, Scientist, Joint Director, Buearu of Indian Standards Jamshedpur in presence of Shri Rajarshi Maji IEDS Assistant Director Incharge, Shri Tapas Roy, Assistant Director and Programme Coordinator, Branch MSME-DFO Durgapur, Shri Debanjan Paul, Department of Post, Shri Rathindra Nath Roy, Manager, District Industries Centre, Shri Tapan Mondal, District Officer, Bankura, Dr. Tapas Kumar Dey Social Scientist, Shri Joydeep Chattopadhyay, PBSSD, Smt. Antara Bagdi, Upa Sabhapati, Sonamukhi Panchayat Samity, Smt Rinku Ruidas, Sathi Aich, Karmadhakhyay, SHG, MSEs, local Byabosayee Samity and other delegates.
Awareness program completed on interaction from participants on information and enterprise like mushroom, Potato, ready made Garments, online marketing, export facilities, rice based products, readymade garments, pmegp, bhavishyat credit card and many govt schemes, etc.

The programme ended with vote of thanks by Shri Amiya Dutta, Sonamukhi Dishar Alo Mahila Welfare Society, Bankura.
