World Meditation Day : Meditation is a Must for Health, Harmony and Peace – Dr. Agarwal

On 21st December 2024, the first-ever United Nations World Meditation Day was celebrated with a grand and spiritually uplifting event organized by The Global Academy in association with Pragyan Foundation. The day was dedicated to promoting the practice of meditation as a powerful tool for enhancing mental health, well-being, and global peace. The event featured an inspiring meditation session led by Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal, a renowned expert in meditation and mindfulness.

Dr. Agarwal’s session was the focal point of the celebration, guiding participants through a series of calming and transformative meditation techniques. His approach emphasized mindfulness, stress relief, and inner peace, helping the attendees to connect with their deeper selves. Through his teachings, Dr. Agarwal highlighted the importance of meditation not only for personal growth but also as a way to foster global peace and harmony.
